Description

Universal Pictures is producing a movie about the legendary thoroughbred horse, Seabiscuit. The story details relationship between an owner, a trainer, and a jockey who teamed up to groom the horse that inspired a nation during the American Depression. Based on the best-selling book by Laura Hillenbrand, the film is adapted and directed by Gary Ross. Tobey Maguire stars as the jockey Red Pollard.
