"Already pegged by TV Guide as one of young Hollywood's rising stars, Scott Foley has delivered memorable performances on Dawson's Creek and the WB midseason comedy from Touchstone Television, Zoe, Duncan, Jack and Jane, and Felicity. Born in Kansas City, Kansas, Foley relocated often during his childhood due to his father's career. After high school, he bought a one-way plane ticket to Los Angeles. In the summer of 1997, Scott landed a theatrical agent and his career skyrocketed. Within one month, he flew to Wilmington, North Carolina, to guest-star on Dawson's Creek. Originally hired for three episodes, Foley appeared in five of the first season's 13 shows."
