Universal has unleashed the official trailer for the horror comedy Renfield [RENFI] in a modern update of Bram Stoker's "Dracula". Nicholas Hoult [NHOUL] stars as Renfield, the tortured aide to the vampire Dracula, played by Nicolas Cage [NCAGE]. Directed by Chris McKay, Renfield sinks into theaters on April 14th.
