First trailer for Ricki and the Flash

Sony has dropped the trailer for the musical dramedy Ricki and the Flash [RICFL].  Meryl Streep [MSTRE] stars as a former 1980s rockstar who returns home to make things right with her children, played by her real-life daughter Mamie Gummer and Sebastian Stan [SSTAN].  Rick Springfield plays a bandmember while Kevin Kline [KKLIN] plays her ex-husband.   Didn't this movie just come out as Danny Collins? Jonathan Demme [JDEMM] directed from a script by Diablo Cody.  Ricki and the Flash rolls into theaters on August 7th.
