HSXsanity confuses censorship with the First Amendment. (See inside).
The phrase 'action by HSX under the First Amendment' demonstrates a poor understanding of the First Amendment and Censorship. Censorship is never protected by the First Amendment and never has been. Censorship is allowed in many cases and not allowed in many cases. Censorship in not Free Speech and never has been. It is a censoring of Free Speech. While HSX has the Right of Free Speech just like everybody else, if HSX oversteps its bounds of censorship, it can be held accountable by the courts. Saying that HSX's censorship actions fall under the First Amendment is patently FALSE. They don't.
