WHY IS PACIFIC RIM ONLY PRICED AT 124.8$?!?!

It can easily make north of 350$ million! in US B.O alone!! Unless I am mistaken moviestocks take into account 4 weeks of box office performance of a film right? and u have to *2.7 each week... Then why is PR so under priced!?
