I think you'd be surprised. I listed 16 from just the 3rd season in my email. There are at least 50 over 5 seasons. Some from season 3-

Posted by: Willroast on Aug 19, 17:46 in response to Antibody's post The TV series is nealr 40 years old. How of them even...

Liam Neeson, Laurence Fishburne, Ron Perlman, Steve Buscemi, Stanley Tucci, Bill Paxton, Wesley Snipes, Helena Bonham Carter, John Leguizamo, Annette Bening, Viggo Mortensen, Ian McShane, Benicio Del Toro

Other seasons had plenty of big names too- Chris Rock, Michael Chiklis, Melissa Leo (Oscar nom in '10), Chris Cooper, Julia Roberts, Oliver Platt, Alfred Monila, Ben Stiller, David Strathairn, John Turturro

And that is not a comprehensive list. Almost all of those folks have at least 1 movie in '13 (many have more because they are journeymen) and most have several in the works. Lots of these people have Starbonds north of $80H. As far as the actors not crediting their success to the show, I would say many of them would openly speak of their first on-screen jobs in a similar fashion as Disney kids would Disney and SNL players would their time on SNL. After all, the first job is the hardest in Hollywood right?

At this point I realize that it is a lost cause but I wanted to clarify that there are PLENTY of very active Starbonds that qualify for this 40 year old show (1973?). Hey man, no worries, I just thought it was a good idea and thought I'd give it a shot. I was thinking that I could bring something fun to the table. No harm done, we just see it very differently.

This is fracked up...EURO has gone from IPO to within 5 of delist in < 3 months and < 20M shares, 24th best {nm} BONDS 20 final days Aug 14, 12:13

These kind of fund managers rock and put the rest of us to shame... :) {nm} slappydavid Aug 14, 12:18

Meanwhile, my challenging and super fun Miami Vice Fund sits waiting for approval even though it would kill it. C'mon man! {nm} Willroast Aug 14, 22:55

I'm just saying that if finds can be as vauge and all-encompassing as Euro and African American, certainly a Miami Vice Fund would work. {nm} Willroast Aug 14, 22:57

How is Euro vague for starbonds you have to be from mainland Europe not from UK and Ireland simples blaze223 Aug 15, 07:38

Not wanting to put words in Willroasts mouth, but I think he means vague as in unrestricted not as in difficult to understand srrichardson Aug 15, 09:27

That is what I meant srrichardson. I wasn't trying to dog those funds though, just messin around. The Vice Fund would be a bit more (cont) Willroast Aug 15, 17:02

Would the fund include movies shot and or set in MIA? The problem is if you do not have a lot of movies opening, not much real motion, Buy BONDS 21 Aug 15, 21:57

If it's been 2 weeks then I doubt it will happen - you probably need to tweak your criteria srrichardson Aug 16, 00:52

That's a real shame. I think I nailed the first 2, but I suspect it may not have interested him. Too bad in my opinion because I think Willroast Aug 16, 19:09

"Guest star" is too strenuous of a connection. None can attribute their success to such an old show. {nm} Antibody Aug 19, 14:25

The former SNLers were regulars for multiple seasons and got their acting start and fame directly as a result of SNL. Antibody Aug 20, 11:53

That was the theme. ONE show featured so many future stars. More than SNL more than Disney. It's not been done before of since. Willroast Aug 20, 15:54

I apologize for still going, but another misrepresentation is calling the "Guest Star" spots "appearances" Willroast Aug 20, 16:46

I don't find EURO all-encompassing, especially with the new regs. It moves because a lot of research goes into its' buys. Big tax incentives tatoufan Aug 16, 00:38

Out of interest, how many starbonds are eligible for EURO to invest in? {nm} RogerMore Aug 16, 20:22

I haven't done a count. but there are quite a few. The problem is they don't seem to have a lot of adjust room this time around. tatoufan Aug 18, 02:10

I'm thinking more that # of Starbonds is a proxy for how many movies you can invest in. RogerMore Aug 18, 09:19

This time around EURO had a few nice, qualifying and profitable blockbusters, which helped out the fund a lot. {nm} tatoufan Aug 16, 00:32
