things happen.
Add a few bonds in for some guarenteed profit. Don't go full in on a few stocks. Buy less of more stocks. You're profits won't be as quick but your drops won't be as big.
If you are only going to own a few stocks then you need to pay awfully close attention to what happens to them (minute by minute on opening days for big franchise stocks).
