Nobody can tell you how to spend your money, it all depends on your own preferences/strategies. Having said that, check this out:
I wrote this when I had 400 mil, a while ago...however, the strategies for 700 mil do not differ much (unless you want to daytrade and reset trade) in which case, add those desires to the plan.

PS, 1$ gained with a stock valued at 300H$ gets you no more profit than 1$ gained with a 10$ stock...but you can buy a lot of 10$ stocks for 300$ and gain 1$ on each of them.
PPS. Recommend you spend the 2 hours to purchase 1 share of every stock on HSX. Then you can look at all of them at the same time in your portfolio.
PPPS. When you get to the higher priced stocks, don't be afraid to purchase only 50 000 shares vs 100 000 shares. Cuts your investment in 1/2, but the 10-15 mil / stock that you keep will go a long way with the cheaper ones.
