On average you can get at least a million a week from bonds.
You don't seem to have the patience or time, but I also recommend day trading on news, with your sized portoflio.
OW derivatives are usually coin flips. Take your best guess on long or short. Wait until Friday BO numbers are in then hedge your bet on OW derivatives, if you think you guessed wrong. If you guessed right, then double down.
