Sorry, here is my question:
This weekend's AVNG3 IPO will be my first big IPO as an active day trader. Wondering what some successful stragegies have been in the past to weather the market drop related to this. Is it better to sell pre-emptively then sit on the cash till next week then reinvest, or does it make more sense to short the stocks I feel will drop most significantly then cover next week when I think they have bottomed out? I think shorting is the answer but is it maybe too risky deciding which stocks to short (SW7, SW8, SW16, AVNG2, etc.) Also, is it mostly moviestocks that tend to get sold off, or are starbonds usually affected as well?
Any advice would be greatly appreiciated.
