It partly depends what types of stocks you own (more inside)
The stocks that tend to drop the most around big IPO days tend to be other high-priced stocks with a far-off release date - investments that traders feel they can pick up later (maybe at a lower price, with the sell-off). If you're not holding those types of stocks - and with your port size and trading strategy, I'm assuming not - you're probably not going to have to worry much about your port being impacted by the sell-off. So option #1 should not be a problem for you.
The rest is up to you. There's a lot of money to be made by picking the stocks that will drop (your option #4), but the trick is to pick the right ones in advance, and as they're priced so high, you'd be paying a lot out in comission, and risking that they might not be the ones to drop.
Or you can (option #2) wait a little and see which ones drop the most, knowing that other sheep will follow and drive the price down further. The risk there is getting in on the movement too late and, again, not making back enough to cover your commission costs.
Both strategies are valid - it really depends on your own style of play and your appetite for risk. (And if you want to option #3 the whole thing, store your H$ in cash and buy back in at lower prices, that's cool too)
One other thing - there is a lot of money flowing into the market this week, with the SPBO2 adjust and the AMSNP delist. If traders haven't invested that money already, maybe they won't need to sell as much to buy into AVNG3, and some of the bite might be taken out of the big IPO. Then again, it's 50% (?) bigger than the biggest IPO to date, so maybe not.
