by place of birth. JRATH was born in Singapore, but he does not qualify for ASIAN because he's not of Asian descent.
Indians and Pakistanians are South Asians, but still Asians.
Ethnic Russians are white caucasians, originating West of the Ural Mountains in Europe, are NOT Asian.
Ethnic Yupik in Siberia on the otherhand originiate in Asia and would qualify ASIAN.
