Tuesday morning at 830am pacific there were 464m shares long, 92.4m short and the price was at 550.64m. 13m shares sold and little change in shorts and the price still went up.
Seems to point to the formula for how trades affect movement changing after adjust because that kind of trading should have resulted in a net downward movement. 16m shares sold, 14m covered.
