Where is the best place / forum to ask questions about Cantor Exchange...

E.G. If I have 10 shares short (I own at say 50 and the current price is 48) can i place an order to cover them at say 46? Bit confused? Shares you own long seem simple - what is the procedure for shares you own short if you want to cover at  a limit price?
