Probably due to 'reset trading' which was way more pronounced when reset was earlier. Price changes are so much easier to spot when the
daily change reverts to -0- at reset. Players jump on the first stock to move (whatever the reason) and continue to drive it up. It's an artificial gain and the price will probably drift back down in the following days.
