Yes, prices are frozen the day of the adjust. You can trade it without worrying about drastic swings, post-adjust.
Here is the timeline: Starbonds credited in a delisting Moviestock have trading halted Monday 3PM, then at 4PM, Moviestocks delist (typically). Tuesday, at 10AM, Starbonds are adjusted and available for trading, with prices frozen until Reset (Midnight). All times PST.
So, you have 14 hours to place your trades with the post-adjust prices.

You can always set a Limit Order to sell when the Star bond reaches a certain point (adjusting up)...remember though Oct 20, 14:06
