I think the strike price is set weeks before the IPO. STAR9.BW is set at 485M and H$5 IPO.

And it seems the market price of these derivatives aren't very reactive because of the quantity limits (20,000).

Strike is set very close to IPO. You will see the STAR9 change before it IPOs, most likely. ndmaster Jan 06, 23:22
