Me, I will enjoy observing continuing American progress as our nation becomes less rural, less religious, less bigoted, less backward, and more diverse every day.

Reason over superstition, progress over backwardness, strong cities over desolate backwaters, education over ignorance, modernity over insularity, inclusiveness over bigotry, our strongest research and teaching institutions over backward religious schooling and other nonsense-based education, science over childish dogma -- the modern American way!
