Starbonds question

Hi all.  New to the site and still trying to figure out Starbonds.  I thought I had them figured out but then I got confused by the big movement on RMARA today.  I know she was announced to start in Dragon Tattoo, but won't the Starbond adjust twice before it adjusts for Dragon (assuming everything on her page stays as is)?  If so, it seems wierd that the bond would move that much on the news.  Am I misunderstanding how bonds work?
