If reference to the upcoming changes on HSX, Is the 5% penalty for inactivity charged every 30 days or a one time penalty?

Is 19 Jan the first day the penalties will be applied or will the 30 days start on that day?

Penalties for inactivity were announced to occure in 1Q . That ends March 31. No specifics have been announced. Keep posting and fish for mrbinns Jan 19, 05:11
