Well, the perspective folks are putting it in is "war". The war on terror...killing for a war is ok and not criminal. That is how this has
all been named giving greater justification than calling for a murderer's death. Bin Laden declared war and so did the nations he declared war against. Killing him becomes equated to killing a Mussolini or a Hitler. At least that is how I see the logic panning out.
