woof...we've had quite a number of them, although I don't have the wherewithal to hunt them down. It happened with the IPOs of Transformers 4, PIRT5, CAPA2, HNOV3...basically, people were confused/complaining about 1) how tens of millions of shares of these stocks were bought on IPO day, and how those shares had no bearing on how the stocks then moved the next day after reset and 2) how tens of millions of shares of the stock being moved on the second day seemed to move the price only a few points early on, and then smaller amounts of shares moved swung the needle wildly later. Basically, it boils down to- the amout of shares traded in one day does nothing to affect price the next day and HSX has a special formula that dictates the movement of stock price based on number of shares moved in a given time frame, with brakes and release that automatically kick in, and we aren't privy to those secrets. And also, it's just a game. :)
