you sort of have the feeling that MTC will come in at the more reasonable mid-20 range, and that will in turn bring the MTC << RS rule into effect.
December is mostly about legs, so most openers were overpriced quite a bit a couple of months IMO, and they're finally coming back down. I'm still not convinced the highest priced ones will hit their price in term of adjust, although they could in term of delist.
