Any character?
You keep saying character but saying nothing about them lol! I thought each of the main superheros already had their own movie...what more character did you need? haha! The whole idea of putting together all the main superheros in one movie is so you wouldn't need to retell their characters and their backstory and just jump into the action? Am I the only one who saw it that way?
Should I explain their characters? Thor was being...noble and righteous, Captain America was being the leader and authoritive figure, Iron Man/Tony Stark was being the witty billionaire, the Black Widow is a cold hearted b**ch, do I need to explain the hulks character? Was Bruce Banner not acting smart enough? I think the character that had the least back story/personality was Hawk Eye, but there is only so much that you can do in a film without slowing it down with more backstory.
Loki may have been weak, but I never thought of him being such a dangerous character in the comics, I always thought he was a weak villain...from my comic book geek point of view, I believe he was more scary in the film. Unless there are other comic book geeks that have a different point of view of his character, this is my own opinion.
As for the plot...it's a comic book movie! Superheros vs supervillain...heros battles villain...heros win, everybody knows this...was there supposed to be a surprise? What were you really expecting to see that didn't meet your expectations? And please don't say more character as I have already expressed my view on that point.
