While researching RSCHN for the Post Adjust Bond Show I found this information that has not been posted at HSX...
Norm Of The North [NORMN] is currently in production (current HSX phase is listed as development)
and has a release date set of 1/16/15
What I can find is that production started in 2010 but was halted in 2011 - 2012 because one of the films three finnacial backers pulled out and Lionsgate was dealing with bankruptcy. They looked for another finnacier in early 2012 but that one fell through. In March 2012 the company's finncial report stated that they were in the process of dealing with a new finnacier and expected to have a deal in place within the next couple of months. In Sept 2012 (6 months later) Norm LLC was created.

Here is the finnacial report for Crest Animation which is making Norm Of The North (dated March 2012):
"Financial Year 2011-12 has been a very challenging year for the Company and it continued to battle multiple concerns."
"Primary amongst these were the twin blows which the Company suffered last year, i.e. the bankruptcy filing by one of the Company''s client and the backing out of the financing arrangement on the second feature film "Norm of the North" by one of the financiers. The full impact of this was felt in the year where it was not possible to have the loss of business replaced immediately.
A lackluster stock market also did not allow for recapitalization and the company had to resort to short term borrowings to keep the operations going. The Company was able to place a small portion of the treasury stock only in April 2012. The Company''s bankers, employees and vendors have been very supportive in these difficult times as they have had to face delays in getting their dues cleared.
The Company continued work on the second feature film "Norm of the North" despite lack of financial closure, inviting qualification from the auditors. Alternate financing arrangements which the Company hoped to finalize this year were not successful in the period. The Company is working on financial closure in the coming 2-3 months."

"...on September 30, 2012, the company has invested Rs.74,464,890 in Norm LLC, a special purpose vehicle which is formed for the purpose of feature film Norm of the North."
"Work on this project was deferred during first quarter of Annual year 2011-12 due to the uncertainty prevailing on the financing arrangements of the same. However, based on discussions with alternate financier, the Company is confident of resumption of the project and has recommenced work on the same."
