TBNCB at least targets a somewhat different audience...

But wow, everyone is scared of Dec 2 - but SULLY took a usually subpar weekend and this year made it a winner (so did Suicide Squad to a lesser extent)...why do all these movies think they can't?  If they all open together on the same date, they guarantee they'll all underpeform and get lost in the RogueOne wave the next weekend...

I think Dec 2 could be an opportunity for any of them to get out in front and get screens - Fantastic Beasts (the biggest direct competition for Jackie and La La Land to me) will have had 2 weekends (and Thanksgiving) to die down a little...
