For now I like it. From the artistry of the movie image, to the performances, to the potential audience worldwide, I really like it.

Make is like the Oscars; your film must show in a theater. 

What: the artists making the pictures now are thinking: OK this is meant for a computer screen. I need to adjust accordingly. 

I guess the big thing there would be more talking head pictures, maybe more adult pictures, for older audiences. That part of it is great, but I still believe that when the germ of the idea of motion pictures for mass consumption was originated, the beauty of it had to do with the bigger screen and the communal experience.
