We host an annual Academy Awards party for our friends, every fills out a ballot with their picks & throws in $10

We usually have somewhere between 15-20 guests, winner gets the pot & we also buy a $25 gift card to AMC and give it to last place since they obv needs to see more movies. I've won the last 2 years, so i just give the jackpot away to the 2nd place. Would feel to weird to win as the host.
