Netflix's Gaming offering is not really credible, essentially just mobile phone games that occasionally are licensed off of past Netflix hits that are a year or more old, so Microsoft taking them on, could instantly transform that. Apple of course has the cash, but Netflix has millions of hours of content, that, well, is not exactly the kind of curated content that Apple goes for (not to mention I'm sure has thousands of hours of content that goes against their policies of say bad guys using IPHONES and other Apple products, etc).
