They still do and will continue to do theatrical distro (like TERRIFIER 2). 

Before McCurk, Cinedigm just owned projectors. Then McGurk came on board and bought New Video and they shifted into indie distrubiton and like most of us, are focused on streaming. They own about a dozen AVOD and SVOD channels
