Like, I could see REBEL MOON working, even if they were just to do an IMAX events for the Snydercut bunch, November can accomodate one or two more wide releases (i.e. still beating the drum that Amazon should for RED ONE) but has a number of tentpoles already.
Maybe The Killer. Axel Foley (I'd imagine it COULD be ready this year, but they are keeping it for 2024) would take a lot of effort to overcome the last BHC, and to them, is it reallly worthwhile when YOU PEOPLE was almost as big as Murder Mystery 2?
And in general exhibitors would take a lot of buttering up to play ball with Netflix again, and Sarandos probably isn't interested in doing it.
Of course Rian Johnson will get something similar (or a little better) for Knives Out 3 when he's ready for that.
