MISS7 (B+)
You can definitely sense the bumpy in the middle of COVID production woes throughout and ala INDI5 multiple action set pieces go on for 5 minutes too long. It doesn't help that there isn't as strong an antagonist as Henry Cavill. I'm not sure deep faking TCRUI and JROBE would have been the solution (which McQuarrie has said they looked into), but 5 minutes to build up Cruise/Morales past instead of quick B&W shots (maybe they'll get to it in MISS8) would have helped sell it better.
So Who Saw What Last Week?...Babylon (C+)...plus for the great music and the scenes about "nailing the scene" 😊 {nm} Aug 07, 07:53
