I should probably google but is this is the prequel to THE OMEN or just similar titles ?

I believe it was The Omen 2 perhaps it was the first one but the scene where the nany hang helself from the church while screaming that she loved Damien got stuck on my mind. That is the only movie that I have said that is enough for me, time to go to bed. I was a kid but so far that movie did creep me out.
