I'm wondering when Sony's Pay-1 deal with Netflix would expire, since that was just signed last year (though it's possible Apollo = P+ sold)
For the health of the industry Skydance is still the best option. If Tyler Perry is right and physical production lot space needs really shrink with AI utilization, the combined Par/Sony company would be stuck with giant sound stages and not enough projects to fill them.
