Personally, I find it difficult to believe that Bad Boys will be that popular. I still cannot believe what Smith did, and whenever i hear the guy's name i think things that evdently others don't think about.
But when you look around at the various tracking data that's been published, it insists that Bad Boys is perhaps the most anticipated movie outside the big 3 this summer. And HSX's numbers reflect that. And so there you are; almost everyone has selected it, including myself.
And i think Twister is a real wild card; again, i picked it instead of A Quiet Place or Apes mostly because I'm not sure what to think of its prospects, and i know how badly i got burned last summer by Barbie. And previously by Top Gun. Movies I badly forecasted. There are some movies you feel less confident in than others regarding how it will do.
I put Mad Max in there despite the mediocre tracking. Why? I think because there are alot of lovers of the last one. Of all these summer movies maybe this will be the one with the best legs? No idea actually.
Good luck everyone.
