There has to be some reckoning when it comes to TROCK movies.

He's going back to proven wells with Moana 2, a live action Moana and a third Jumanji movie.

But at the very least, anything outside of proven properties need to have their budgets brought down significantly. The fact that movies like Jungle Cruise, Red Notice, Black Adam and now Red One have reported budgets of 200M or more is absurd.

Then again, perhaps Smashing Machine is a sign that he's aware of this.
