I think the most remarkable stat from Obsession is that in 38 days, it’s only had 2 days under $3M.

Both were $2.9M+ at Day 4 and 35.


It’s also never led a weekend, but has led some weekdays and went back to #1 on Day 35.

Think of the movies it’s going to outgross:

- He-Man ($29M+ OW)
- Scary Movie ($54M+ OW)
- Disclosure Day ($44M+ OW)
- Star Wars ($81M+ OW)
- Prada 2 ($76M+ OW)
- Backrooms ($81M+ OW)
- Mortal Kombat 2 ($38M+ OW)

Insane that Prada 2’s 3rd weekend beat Obsession’s OW, and it will still get passed up by Tuesday night.

Just flat out insanity.
