Well, *this* is a good website, :) , and tracking is usually posted for upcoming films on Sunday or Monday. "Upcoming" can be 3+ wks.
These are usually tagged by film, often secretstalker or notfabio do this. Look for RS or MTC in the subject line. Eyescovered is right about boxoffice.com. The Hollywood Reporter sometimes posts something called a "bullseye," usually Thursday or Friday, I think, which is often linked here. On Sunday evenings, ercboxoffice.com will post a weekend report for the previous weekend, and in their last paragraph they potshot a guess at the next weekend. Boxofficeguru.com posts its guesses only on the Thursday morning before.
