To answer your question, click on any trader's username wherever it appears as a link, like inside a post or on your trader watchlist....
This will take you to the trader's info page which lists their port value in real time. If you're interested in how much they've made that day (at any point in time), you can compare that value to their previous day's gain by watchlisting them to obtain yesterday's port value and doing the math.
I'm not sure why HSX lets us see how someone's doing at any given point during a day, but there it is.
