I have a bit of info that might be useful, but it's a spoiler for HPOT8, so read at your own risk.
Reports from test screenings are that TSPAL's character is not in the movie at all. Of course, he may still be credited in both films because of his role in HPOT7 (which had a departure from the book, and led most people to believe he would be in HPOT8). Certainly not concrete info, but he will be one to watch.
