The way I understand it, if 2JACK doesn't report, it's not included in the TAG calcs so KILYD will drop BOGIE and AMBUL will drop SHRIN
instead of TWIL3, which won't drop until he adjusts for NTLSB or PSTHU. This will delay the joy, but magnify the experience.
