Sure, but you have to look at the status of JFOND's career when she was IPOd. From her blurb, she had MNLAW coming out and GARUL already
lined up. At the time, it was plausible that she would go on to add more movies to her resume and her Starbond would keep on adjusting. But it didn't pan out, just like it hasn't panned out for KCAVA or DBORE or MBART or EMINE.
When HSX IPOs a Starbond, it's basically betting that the actor has a career ahead of them in the movie industry, and for every IPO that doesn't pan out there are plenty that do. But there's no point in making that bet if the actor isn't working on a career in Hollywood.
If BSTRE had MPRN3 plus one other movie coming out, I'd agree with you. But it doesn't look like she'll be doing anything but MPRN3. It's something she's doing for fun and possibly the paycheck, not to return to movie star status.
