But there is a difference between losing money currently and actually losing money when it adjusts. I would only consider it a loser if
made a mistake and it lost money on adjust day. Otherwise it's just a temporary move in the market and your initial assessment was correct.
Unless you're are day trading or short term trading bonds (before their adjust) and then that's your own fault and should not be considered a loser bond but a poor trading policy.
