InTrade's fortunes are running low... may be all over

InTrade's user base and activity have dropped drastically since the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission banned "betting" by US traders, in Nov. 2012. The article on The Blaze implies that InTrade is done. I can't read the original story at the Financial Times, since I'm not willing to do a free registration.
