Will the movies stop after Beyond?

Posted by: MattW on May 18, 15:52 in response to Moviesnob's post 100% content free teaser for new Star Trek series....

Part of the explanation for lack of overseas growth of Into Darkness that I've seen online is that the TV shows still get relatively strong play in a lot of countries. Can the movies survive alongside a new series which will have higher production values than old ones?
