President Trump welcomes another American held overseas back to the USA and sanctions continue until democracy returns to Venezuela.

"Sanctions continue until democracy returns to Venezuela". - Vice President Mike Pence May 26, 2018 5:53pm.

This is in addition to three other Americans returned from North Korea on May 9, 2018.
