1) League owns all of the teams. Contracts signed are with the league 

2) Northernmost city is SLC, with the other 7 in the southern climes.  Less bad weather.

3) Using college stadiums.  Legion Field, Utah, Georgia State (Formerly Ted Turner) Former QualComm, Liberty Bowl, Sun Devil etc

4) CBS and CSBSN on board from day 1 (or 2?)

5)  Major tie-in with Draft Kings.  They know which side of the bread has the butter.

 

MLS has learned lessons and succeeding.  NFL stadiums and their big rents do not work.  Smaller stadiums do.
