Your point seems to be that Mueller did NOT have integrity - he found 10 instances of obstruction, yet did not prosecute. My point is, if he found evidence of obstruction, he would have prosecuted. If anybody had reason to act upon facts, he did. He didn't flippantly decide not to prosecute and it's arrogant beyond belief that anybody is claiming to have read the 400+ page report in a couple hours and decide that Mueller screwed up on something that he and a large staff took 2-1/2 years to investigate and evaluate.
