Its going to take something like what happened to Nixon, where the evidence of something henious enough is just too much for even his supporters to stomach. Given that I suspect the Republican Party thinks they are using Trump as a front to ram thru their agenda rather than considering him the head of the party I'm just not sure anything could convince enough of them. They are playing along with his line of it wasn't the Russians who interfered with the election and shutting down any attempts to make the 2020 election more secure.
